Each weekend, we picked baking projects together, savoring every moment from measuring ingredients to tasting batter. Katie, known for her decadent desserts, inspired our culinary journey leading to the creation of The Saturday Club.

THE TEAM
Sanaya Patel : Sanaya Patel is our head chef at The Saturday Club. Professionally trained at the French Culinary Institute, she claims her real skill set is something she gained during her time spent baking with Ketki Patel (her grandmother) when she was younger and the years of hardcore work in the kitchen with her mother, Tejal Patel. She is known for her unique knack for understanding flavour profiles and their permutation combinations while also having deep insights of baking sciences to ensure a perfect product.
Tejal Patel : Tejal Patel is the real king and kingmaker. The boss's boss. She is the founder of the Saturday Club, which she single-handedly built over 25 years ago. Not only is she the real taste tester, her entrepreneurial background has helped her develop a truly world-class team and business model.
